Questions, answered

Who is eligible for MSME / Udyam registration?

Any manufacturing or service enterprise that falls within the MSME investment and turnover limits can register - proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs, private limited companies and more. Classification (Micro, Small or Medium) is based on your investment in plant & machinery and annual turnover.

How long does it take?

In most cases the Udyam certificate is issued within 1–2 working days once your Aadhaar-linked PAN and basic business details are provided.

Is there a government fee?

No. Udyam registration is free of any government charge. Our flat ₹2,000 fee (plus 18% GST) covers the complete end-to-end filing and advisory.

What benefits does MSME registration unlock?

Collateral-free loans under CGTMSE, interest subvention and priority-sector lending, protection against delayed payments under the MSMED Act, preference in government tenders, and eligibility for a range of subsidies and state schemes.

Does the Udyam certificate expire?

No. The Udyam Registration Certificate has lifetime validity. You only need to keep your investment and turnover details updated annually, which we can help you with.
